Meet Mr. & Mrs. Cody Sturdivant!
Saturday, September 25 was a day to remember for Cody & Ashley. Their story begins about a year and a half ago when they met in Stephenville, TX. Their vision for their wedding all started with an intimate backyard proposal. Cody and Ashley enjoy hunting, fishing, being on the lake, and finding new adventures. They share a love for all things Harry Potter. In their downtime, they enjoy relaxing and planning their next travel adventures in which they plan to do more of. Their first trip as a married couple will be to Lake Tahoe, Nevada! They currently live in Abilene where Ashley is an agriculture teacher and Cody is the manager at AT&T, but hope to move back closer to "home" one day.
I met Ashley's mom, Beth, when I took senior pictures for Ashley's brother, Drew. When Beth reached out about Ashley's upcoming wedding, I was thrilled to be their photographer. I met Ashley for her bridals but didn't get to meet Cody until the day of the wedding. I think they may have been the most relaxed couple I have had the pleasure of photographing on such a stressful, monumental day. Their love for one another shined bright and you could sure tell it through their personal vows they shared for each other during their first touch.
Their day was absolutely perfect and I am honored to have been the one to capture every moment for them. Here is a small glimpse into their perfect day. Congratulations Cody & Ashley!
