Hi, I am Lacy johnson
I am from a small town called Blooming Grove, Texas and have lived here most of my life. I married James in 2012 and we have one son who is 7 years old and I am a bonus mom to a daughter who is 14. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Economics in 2009 and went to work full time for the USDA. After becoming a mom and working full-time for 6 1/2 years my husband and I decided that I would be a stay at home mom.
I worked part-time in sales and social media management as well as giving horseback riding lessons to kids and adults (and still do). I bought a camera in 2018 to get some great pictures of our kids and their events and fell in love with being behind the camera. Soon, I had many friends and family asking me to take pictures for them so Lacy Johnson Photography was born.
My passion is capturing memories for families for years to come because "the days are long but the years are short". I have enjoyed my journey as a photographer and continue to learn and grow. I look forward to capturing moments for your family to enjoy for years to come.
